Every DEMII order ships from Nashville, Tennessee, packed by hand in our signature box.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, except holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with tracking.

United States

Canada

Standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, and express options at checkout arrive faster. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Canadian customs may charge duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Planning around your wedding date

We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your wedding, so you have time for a fitting with your gown. Short on time? Choose Express or Next Day at checkout, or email us and we'll help.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at Mydemiiofficial.com@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to make it right.
